2. Use of Service

You agree to use our platform only for lawful real estate purposes, such as searching for, listing, or managing properties. You may not use the platform to post fraudulent listings or harvest user data.

3. Property Listings

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings. BanLao does not guarantee the condition of any property or the identity of any user. We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates our community standards.

4. Accounts & Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You must provide accurate information when creating a profile or listing a property.

5. Payments & Ad Store

Payments for "Premium Listings" or "Banners" are processed securely. All sales for digital promotions are final. We do not offer refunds for partially used ad periods.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the photos and descriptions you upload. BanLao owns the app design, code, and brand assets.
